The firm was established in 1909 by William Thomas Parker a renowned agricultural Valuer who expanded the practice to include the commercial and residential fields and today the firm’s expertise covers all these areas of practice together with property management throughout the East Midlands and into the North.

The Senior Partner is Alan Foster FRICS; David J Parker and C Jeremy Furness are both Consultant Chartered Surveyors and all are natives of Derbyshire and are totally committed to provide the traditional independent advice for which the firm is well known together with progressive service and client care which today’s modern property environment requires.
